Launch your career with purpose—join us in shaping the future of digital innovation.   Who May Apply Candidates with up to 5 years of relevant work experience Responsibilities • Contribute to the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems. • Improve core systems like matching engine, risk engines, pricing models for derivatives products including but not limited to Futures, Margin, Options, Event Contracts etc. • Work with the trading engineering teams to turn complex trading needs into technical solutions. • Participate in the product lifecycle from planning to release and ongoing/new feature launch. • Monitor backend performance and fix issues before they impact users. • Ensure systems comply with standards, regulations, and best practices. Requuirements • Bachelors, Masters/PHD degree in Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quant fields. • Less than 5 years of experience (including internships), ideally in trading systems, backend product, fintech, quant, or platform roles. • Strong understanding of trading fundamentals such as order book mechanics, margin, leverage, liquidation, PnL, and risk management concepts. • Strong logical thinking and ability to work with complex mathematical models and system rules. • Comfortable working with data and technical teams; experience with SQL/Python/Excel is a strong plus. • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
