Technical Sourcer

Zoox is growing our recruiting team with a technical sourcer. This role will be in support of the teams responsible with verifying the safety of our robotaxi platform. The roles will be a mixture of AI software, systems engineering, software development, and system verification. Candidates should expect to work on a wide variety of roles in niche areas that require strong sourcing campaigns. This role will be based out of San Diego, CA.  In this role, you will... • Qualify and understand job requirements • Source and screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit • Build a pipeline of engineering talent with recruiting partners to meet company needs and priorities Qualifications: • 4+ years of full cycle sourcing experience • Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit • Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry • Consultative and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization Bonus Qualifications: • Experience recruiting/sourcing systems or software positions • Experience working for a recruiting agency or sourcing in-house • Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior engineering leadership • Experience recruiting for AI Software
